3. If the temperature of cylinder is too high, it will coke the air cutting and the lubricating oil in the piston ring, lose the lubrication function, run into the danger of explosion when touching the spark. At the same time, it will make the piston ring and the air cutting, packing and other parts work poorly, increase wear and tear, and seal poorly.
4. If the temperature is too high, the bearing will be burnt out, and the bearing bush will not even continue to operate.
5. Overheating of other parts will reduce mechanical strength or even deformation.
6. If the temperature of lubricating oil is too high, the oil viscosity will be reduced and the oil pressure will affect the lubrication efficiency.

However, the temperature can not be too low, if the temperature of cooling water is below 0 degrees, it will freeze and affect the circulation of cooling water, or even freeze the machine. Low temperature of lubricating oil will make the oil viscous and hinder lubrication. If the temperature is too low, the internal combustion engine is not easy to start and so on. Therefore, we judge whether the compressor works normally from the change of temperature, and control the temperature everywhere in the prescribed range to keep the normal operation of the equipment.
