S Series structural features:

- Housing: aluminum alloy (base 025 - 090), cast iron (stand 110 - 150);
- Worm: 20Cr steel, carbon, nitrogen permeation process (keep the tooth surface hardness HRC60, after fine grinding hard layer thickness> 0.5mm);

- Aluminum:

 Transmission reversible

Reducer drive reversible and the efficiency of the deceleration corresponds to the static efficiency ηS and dynamic efficiency ηd. Reducer pass drive reversible characteristics are described as follows:
ηS <0.5: Static irreversible. I.e. the reducer in the stationary state, can not be applied to the output worm the torque driven input self-locking worm, reverse drive.
ηS = 0.5-0.55: low static reversible. Reducer in the stationary state, can worm input torque is applied to the output worm gear driven, self-locking is not strong. Worm reducer

Efficiency

① dynamic efficiency ηd: reducer transfer efficiency in operating condition (dynamic friction);
② static efficiency ηS: reducer in a stopped state (static friction), the transfer efficiency;
Greater than the dynamic coefficient of friction due to the static coefficient of friction of the friction pair, the reducer dynamic efficiency is greater than the static efficiency, that ηd> ηS.
